Oba Femi Promises a Spanking Next Week
Raw kicked off with Oba Femi strutting to the ring to a thunderous ovation from a French crowd that clearly loves giant humans who destroy people. Femi immediately took to the mic to address his unfinished business with Brock Lesnar, essentially calling “The Beast” a coward for hiding out for the last three weeks.
Naturally, Dominik Mysterio interrupted. Because why let a good promo happen when you can send out the most hated man in professional wrestling? Dom claimed Femi was the “ruler of nothing” before JD McDonagh tried to sneak up and hit Femi with a steel chair.
Spoiler alert: it didn’t work. Femi didn’t even flinch. He proceeded to toss Judgment Day around like sacks of groceries. As Dom scrambled away, Femi grabbed the mic and uttered the line of the night:
“We all know Rey Mysterio is your father… but next week, I will introduce you to your daddy!”

Double the Intercontinental Championship Drama
The Raw mid-card champions had a busy night in Paris, with both the Men’s and Women’s Intercontinental Titles on the line in back-to-back bangers.
Sol Ruca def. Lyra Valkyria (Women’s IC Title)
Sol Ruca defended her newly won title for the first time since dethroning Becky Lynch at Clash in Italy. Lyra Valkyria put on an absolute clinic, matching Ruca’s athleticism move for move. Lyra looked to have things put away as she went for a spinning heel kick, but Ruca countered out of mid-air with a breathtaking Sol Snatcher to retain.
Penta def. Rey Mysterio (Men’s IC Title)
This was 13 minutes of pure, unadulterated Lucha Libre perfection. Rey Mysterio, who is apparently aging backward at 51 years old, hit a sliding sunset powerbomb into the barricade that looked like it hurt everyone in the first three rows. Penta ultimately hit a devastating Penta Driver to pick up the win, but the real story happened after the bell.
Ethan Page and Rusev ran down to brutally ambush the champion and Rey. In a moment of pure disrespect, Rusev ripped Rey Mysterio’s legendary mask completely off his face. Before the cameras could traumatize the audience, Chad Gable ran down for the save. In a classy move, Gable picked up the mask and handed it back to a shielded Rey. Looks like Gable’s redemption arc is officially in full swing.
Liv Morgan is Going for “All the Gold.”
The Queen of the Ring tournament continued with a Fatal 4-Way match that featured high stakes and plenty of history.
Liv Morgan def. Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, and Chelsea Green
Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan has made it very clear that she wants the Queen of the Ring crown to go with her title. Chelsea Green did her absolute best to steal the show, including a wild top-rope dive onto the outside, but the veteran presence of Becky Lynch kept her in check. Alexa Bliss looked close to a victory after hitting a Twisted Bliss, but Morgan managed to capitalize on the ensuing chaos, stealing the pinfall to advance to the semifinals alongside IYO SKY and Raquel Rodriguez.
Je’Von Evans Confirms He is “The One” in the Main Event
The main event of Raw was a star-studded Fatal 4-Way King of the Ring quarterfinal match featuring Seth Rollins, Ricky Saints, Talla Tonga, and the 22-year-old prodigy Je’Von Evans.
Je’Von Evans def. Seth Rollins, Ricky Saints, and Talla Tonga
This match was a beautifully choreographed car wreck. Seth Rollins and Evans briefly formed a temporary alliance to take out the powerhouse Talla Tonga, which included Tonga getting sent flying into the timekeeper’s area.
Back in the ring, Rollins looked to have the match secured after hitting a massive Pedigree on Evans. However, Ricky Saints broke up the pin, and the match dissolved into pure anarchy. Tonga returned to chokeslam Evans on the announce table, only for Rollins to hit Tonga with a Stomp out of nowhere on the floor.
With Rollins hit a stomp on Saints only for the Vision to get involved and Bron Breaker speared Rollions, It seems that The Vision is not in Rollins rear view just yet. Evans crawled back into the ring, caught a recovering Ricky Saints with a spectacular OG Cutter, and pinned him to secure the biggest victory of his young career. The Paris crowd went absolutely bananas as the kid advanced to the semifinals on Raw.
