These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SiliconBangla LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SiliconBangla LLC", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates Coinfolytics: the website at coinfolytics.com and its apps and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
Not Financial Advice
Coinfolytics provides cryptocurrency market data, portfolio tracking and research tools for information only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You make your own decisions. Digital assets are volatile and you can lose all of the money you put in. Speak to a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
Accuracy of Data
Prices, market data, charts and news come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Portfolio values and profit figures are calculated from the transactions you enter or import, so they are only as accurate as that information. Tax reports are estimates to give to your accountant or tax software; they are not a tax return and not tax advice.
Your Account
To use certain features you need an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and to keep it up to date.
- Account responsibility: you are responsible for keeping your password and account secure, and for everything done with your account.
- Account termination: we may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other people.
Paid Plans
Some features need a paid plan. Plans are sold by SiliconBangla LLC.
- Prepaid, no automatic renewal. Plans are prepaid for 1 month or 12 months and do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan, and your portfolios and other data stay in your account.
- Payment. You pay in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, a third-party payment processor. A plan becomes active once your payment is confirmed.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable once a plan is active.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Distributing harmful software or viruses.
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
User Content
You may upload, submit, or post content to the Service. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the Service.
