Coinfolytics is operated by SiliconBangla LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us" or "our"). SiliconBangla LLC is responsible for your personal information. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Coinfolytics website, apps and services (the "Service"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information: your email address, name and username, a profile picture if you add one, and your password, which we store only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
Portfolio information: the portfolios, transactions, holdings, alerts, watchlists and settings you create, and the public wallet addresses you choose to import. We never ask for private keys, seed phrases or exchange passwords.
Payment information: the plan you buy, the amount and currency, and the payment references from our payment processor. You pay in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments; we never receive card or bank details.
Notification information: if you turn on push notifications in our app or allow browser alerts on our website, a device token or browser push address that lets us send them to your device or browser.
Messages you send us: if you use our contact form, your name, email address and message, and the IP address and browser it was sent from, so we can answer you and keep spam out.
Usage and technical information: your IP address and the approximate country we derive from it, your browser and device type, the pages you visit, and cookies.

To create and manage your account.
To run the features you use, such as portfolio tracking, alerts and wallet import.
To send the emails and notifications you need or ask for, such as email verification, password resets and price alerts.

Service Providers That Handle Your Data

We use these companies to run the Service. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job for us:

Blockchain data providers: reading the on-chain history of a public wallet address you import.
ip-api.com: finding the approximate country of an IP address.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is open and as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
