About Chimpers
Poru landed with a gasp, the apple branch in their fist the only familiar thing in a world of strange amber leaves. The first chimps to find them in The Heart of the Forest saw only a lost soul with a bowlcut and stunned eyes. But Poru did not ask for help; they simply found a patch of sunlit soil and planted the branch. The forest spirits watched, curious. From that one stick, the first apple tree in the realm grew, and from that tree, an entire orchard. The locals now speak of Poru not as a chimper, but as a living seed, a gift from a forgotten world. They still wander the forest paths, a quiet origin story whose beginning will forever remain a mystery.
