Energised 10/10

About Zuzana Breznanikova Art (Featured collection)

This artwork was inspired by the Flow Theory of Mihály Csíkszentmihályi . His flow theory has had a great impact on the artist who often gets in the state of ‘flow’ or energised focus whilst creating art.

The artist depicted 'energised focus' using star shapes. While in this mental state, the artist is so focused on what she is doing that nothing else seems to matter.
