Kentarou

About Chimpers

In Waterfall City, the roar of the falls is a constant promise of power. Kentarou’s bloodline has always heard a war cry in it, the same sound that they say fueled the great Minamoto. But Kentarou hears something else entirely. They hear the patience of water wearing down stone, the quiet cunning of a fish navigating an overwhelming current. For years, they tried to force the fury, swinging their sword until their arms ached, searching for the rage that fuels a liberator. It was never theirs to find. Their strength isn't in the crash, but in the waiting; in seeing the one loose stone that will bring down a wall, the single moment of doubt in an opponent's eyes. The family wanted a storm. They got a fox, still and watchful on the riverbank, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
