The move brings the 10-member San Diego team to Real Luxury and strengthens the company’s presence across some of Southern California’s most sought-after coastal communities.

Based in San Diego, LUXURYSOCALREALTY represents buyers and sellers of high-value coastal properties, oceanfront estates and luxury second homes throughout La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Pacific Beach and Solana Beach. The team has generated more than $750 million in career sales volume, including at least 16 waterfront properties.

LUXURYSOCALREALTY has represented clients in some of San Diego’s most significant residential transactions, including the $47 million sale of 6026 Camino De La Costa, the second highest-priced single-family home sale in La Jolla’s history, and a $16 million oceanfront transaction involving a complex reverse 1031 exchange.

The Aumanns have earned national recognition for their production, ranking among RealTrends Verified’s Top 1,000 small teams from 2020 through 2025. Based on 2025 sales data, RealTrends Verified ranked LUXURYSOCALREALTY, No. 2 in La Jolla by sales volume and sides and No. 61 in California among medium teams.

Her finance background informs the team’s approach to evaluating properties, structuring transactions and advising clients, while her focus on digital marketing has helped LUXURYSOCALREALTY build its brand and reach thousands of consumers each month.
